The terms and conditions apply to all of our courses and sessions including life coaching and certification training. You will also find below the rights and duties that apply to both THINKBOX and the participant.

You can check out the pre-requisites before enrolling on each course as the information is outlined on our website. You can also find the duration of each course and the course outline on our website and you are adviced to study these carefully before registering.

Quality Control & Complaints

Demetris Stylianides, our lead trainer and product development manager, monitors and supervises the quality of the courses and will handle complaints made by participants. You can email your complaint to reception@thinkbox-group.com We usually respond within 24 hours of receipt of your complaint.

Certification

After completion of the course, the client will receive a certification provided by THINKBOX which entitles membership to the Association of NLP (ANLP) UK and the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) USA. If you decide to apply for membership, you have to pay the annual fees to each association.

Confidentiality

We promise to abide by the rules of professional conduct regarding confidentiality and trust on any issues disclosed during our sessions or during the courses attended by our clients.

Registration

After receipt of 50% of the agreed fee, your place in the course is reserved. The registration fee contains the following: meeting room rental, course material, application processing, registration management, and establishing a client record system.

Client Fees

All course fees are to be settled at least 10 days before the start date of any of our courses/sessions. Upon settlement of the course fees and receipt of the terms & conditions duly signed, your registration is confirmed in writing by email.

Before commencement of the course

After settlement, you acknowledge that this course is completely voluntary and you are of sound mind and body to participate in any of the activities within the program that could be mentally or emotionally demanding. You are not under medical, psychological or any other conditions that prohibits you from performing any of the techniques and you do not hold THINKBOX LTD responsible for any mental, emotional or physical symptoms that could result from the training or from the exercises in this course.

Registration form

Each client will submit the registration form, as provided by THINKBOX LTD. All information provided on this form must be true and honest.

Copyrights

All material issued by THINKBOX LTD such as brochures, training materials, audio and video files, and any other written materials used in the training courses, are for the exclusive use of the client and may not be copied, published or shared with third parties, unless permission is granted in writing by THINKBOX LTD.

Audio/video recordings during the training are not allowed unless permission is granted by the trainer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

THINKBOX LTD will refund all money paid if for any reason the client is not accepted into the selected course. This includes instances where course is canceled by our company before the training starts. The refund does not include expenses paid by the client for travel, accommodation, catering, or other costs. 

THINKBOX LTD must refund all money paid including the registration fee if the cilent cancels within two weeks after the day the contract is signed or an initial payment is made, as long as the client has not begun training or received any course material. After a two-week period, only by exception will restitution be provided if the client has not begun training. A client will be able to reschedule his/her enrollment to another date and/or location without any additional fees. The participant can reschedule one time only.

If training is terminated by the client, after the first day or session, and within 24 hours after attending the first session, THINKBOX LTD retains the deposit fee only. In the event the client terminating the training after attending two sessions (or two days), no refund will be given.

In the event that a course is canceled by THINKBOX LTD, the client will be informed immediately and a full refund will be made to the client within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.

If THINKBOX LTD discontinues any course after the client started attending, clients must be notified in writing of such events and are entitled to a pro-rata refund of all tuition and fees paid unless comparable training is arranged and agreed upon, in writing, by the cilent. 

If training is terminated by THINKBOX LTD after classes have started, the following refunds method is applied. THINKBOX LTD retains the fees relating to the hours taught and refunds the remaining fees relating to the hours not delivered. The client has the right to keep any course material such as handouts, manuals, audio/video files.

A client who fails to maintain satisfactory progress, interferes with other client's work or does not make timely tuition payments, is subject to immediate termination.

THINKBOX LTD reserves the right to deny any individuals access to registration or any part of the training without explanation.

Cancellation of the course

THINKBOX LTD reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of applicants enrolling is insufficient. Such a cancellation will entitle the client to a full refund of any money paid and do not include other related costs incurred by the applicant.

Purpose of Training

All training is for educational purposes only and it is not a substitute for proper medical or psychological treatment. A client who knows that he is suffering from any physical or psychological condition, he should seek appropriate medical or psychological treatment before attending the course.

The training does not offer a qualification in psychology or psychiatry and no client will be allowed to claim or imply that they can offer therapies which fall into the scope of a medical doctor.

The only certifications and titles each client is allowed to use are the ones stated on the certifications issued from THINKBOX LTD.

Course re-take policy

Clients may re-take a course with written permission from THINKBOX LTD.

Policy Changes

THINKBOX LTD reserves the right to change their policies at any time, provided that already registered students receive written notification of these specific changes.
